I want to create my
OWN card design. Can I do that?
Our regular streetcards site has an upload your own solution, with 6 different templates to choose from.. Please visit www.streetcards.com. We offer a full range of over 500 gallery designs for your selection, along with the upload your own feature. On the streetcards site, it is possible to create your own card design with your favourite graphics program,
and then upload this to our site. Alternatively, if you have a graphic you want uploaded on the back of one of our designs, contact us and we'll see what we can do to accomodate that. Extra charges may apply.
I've ordered my cards.
When will they arrive?
Your cards will be dispatched within 3 - 10 working days. If you need them urgently,

we
will
see
what
we
can
do
to
expedite
your
order. Depending on your needs, it might incur a rush charge.
Please
make
sure the address you provide for delivery
can receive a small packet. Within the UK, if the mailman cannot deliver your
cards for whatever reason, you will be notified by Royal Mail. Please note:
the Post Office
returns unclaimed packages to us after 2 weeks.
How do I store my design
to revise later?
Simply bookmark the 'PreviewZone' page once you are happy with what
you see. You can then return any time to edit or purchase the cards.
How do I send my design
to a friend?
Once you're happy with your design in the 'Preview Zone',
copy ALL of the URL (the website address located in the top bar
beginning with http://www. etc... ). You will then be able to paste
this into an email to send your friend. They can then copy &
paste that text into their Browser web address window and view exactly
what you have designed!
Can you also print matching stationery
and other marketing materials?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to help you with any additional marketing pieces you
might need... be it postcards, flyers, letterheads or even a website... Let us
know what you need and we'll take it from there... or visit our sister site www.streetdesigns.biz to see what we've done for others... we understand the cost restraints of small
start up businesses so you'll find our prices are very reasonable for the expertise

I like the design styles but I need one using my own words. What do I do??
Simply email us with the words you'd like on the front of the cards and we'll create a design using those words and email it back to you for approval. We will then upload it to the gallery of designs for you to create and order yourself as normal on the website. If you want something really unique, and not made available to others on the website, we can create a bespoke design but there will be a small fee for that. Please email us for more information and visit our sister design site www.streetdesigns.biz to see logos and design projects we have done for others.
Can't see the cards?
In order to make the navigation through the site as fast as possible,
we have worked with the latest advances for image display. If you
are having trouble seeing the cards, you need to upgrade your browser
to a newer version.

What sort of quality
are the cards?
Our business cards are printed onto Eco Friendly 300gsm stock, to the highest
quality,
using
a
state
of
the
art digital printing technology. To view complete details click
here. If you prefer heavier stock, please order via www.streetcards.com, where all our orders are printed onto 350gsm eco friendly stock
Please talk me through
the whole design & ordering process!
1. How do I start? Simply click on the 'click here' panel, within the grey horizontal bar and you will be taken to the design gallery. Once there, if you see a card design you like, simply type your
front of card text straight into the text field below the card designs.
Next, click on the card design you like and this will take you to
the preview zone where you can customise your card further, including
up to ten lines of text on the back and a background colour.
Feel free to use keyboard graphics and the space bar to further
customise the look of the text. Want your text on the front a bit smaller? Add
blank spaces after your text. Want to set some parts off centre?
Again, use the space bar and add blank spaces where appropriate.
Please note, colours shown on screen are not always completely accurate
to what will be on the printed cards. Some font styles may appear
odd on screen but the printed pieces will have sharp high quality
printed text. Please read our quality pledge for more information.
2. Be creative! Add as little or as much information as you like. Create a simple calling card with your contact details or advertise your website... on the reverse you can add all your information to make an unconventional but very cool looking business card... in the tricky economic climate right now, list ALL the different jobs you could be perfect for, think laterally, are there some hobbies you could also exploit? Teach someone something... a language, a new skill, how to ski or surf, or even how to play a musical instrument... part time work is an easy way to start increasing your job prospects....you never know what you might find is out there on the job market until you 'get out there' yourself and hand out some cards. Got a room at your house you want to rent out? Advertise it on a card and pass it around. It's up to you how you use the cards! Don't forget, if you don't see a design that's perfect for you, email us and we'll add it to our gallery of designs. And of course, if you want to upload your own design, visit our main site... www.streetcards.com and choose the 'upload your own' feature.
3. Revisions? You can enter, change and edit the information as many times as you wish. Take a look at different designs, the text you enter for one will remain in place for the next.. so it's quick and easy to try out different designs. Not sure which you like best? You can order as little as 25 of each to give different designs a try. You can return to your completed order in the future to re-order easily... simply visit the 'your account' page at the top of the website.
4. SECURITY ON SITE: we take this seriously. Once you are ready to purchase your cards, you will be directed to our SECURE server where you can pay by all the standard credit or debit cards, or via paypal.
5. Delivery. We ship within the UK and to all other parts of the world. Just
make sure the address you provide for delivery
